Denver International Airport

Breckenridge is about 100 miles west of the Denver International Airport. Direct flights arrive from around the country daily, grab a local shuttle, rent a car, UBER or LIFT, the drive will take you anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on the weather conditions and traffic.

Getting Around Breckenridge

Breck Free Ride

Whether you’re traveling with the family, friends or just looking for a quite weekend for 2,  Breckenridge Freeride is designed to make your transit easy and enjoyable. Visitors  and locals alike enjoy this FREE Shuttle system around the Town of Breckenridge.

Breckenridge Trolley

In addition to the Breck Free Ride the Town also offers the Main Street Trolley, a unique and convenient way to get up and down Main Street. The trolley runs from the Ice rink (south of town) to the transient center at the base of the Gondola where connections can be made to all other routes, you can catch the Trolley from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM daily. (Please note: this service is seasonal and may be subject to closures and limited hours during the off season.)


Traveling Outside of Breckenridge

Summit Stage is Summit County's transportation network and offers FREE public bus service throughout Summit County providing service to all local ski areas as well as all town centers; Frisco, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Dillon and Silverthorne.
